Switch off and safely defrost the freezer in sufficient time if its interior is included.

If we miss an agreed item,
tell us within 24 hours.

Send details and photographs and give us reasonable access to inspect. If an item from the agreed checklist was missed, we will arrange a return visit for eligible work.

Can you guarantee
my deposit?

No cleaning company controls the final decision.

Your deposit is decided by your landlord, letting agent or tenancy-deposit process. Kings & Clean provides an inventory-focused service with a clear checklist and re-clean promise, but we cannot guarantee the return of a deposit.

This does not affect your legal rights if a cleaning service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
